Refund and return policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days if the item is damaged. You also have the right to regret the purchase and return the product, without needing to state a reason, within 7 days as established in the Consumer Protection Code.

The deadline to request cancellation of the order is 30 calendar days in the case of damaged items, and 7 calendar days in the case of regret, counted from the date on which you, or the third party indicated by you, took possession of the delivered product.

CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING A REFUND

For products to be eligible for return, they must:

RETURNING PRODUCTS

EXCHANGES

Defective items can be exchanged under the same conditions above, after analysis by our quality control.

After our quality control department receives the product, if it is found that the item has been used, has defects due to improper storage, incorrect washing, intentional defects, or the original seal and packaging are broken or missing, the item will be returned to the customer.
